Haft-Handed Attack (2 SP)

Perform (Action): You use one of the following techniques:

  • Sunder: You wield an axe, greataxe, maul, warhammer, or war pick to make a melee attack against an object. If you succeed, the target suffers the attack's usual effects, and it takes additional mundane damage equal to your result. If the target is worn or carried by another creature when it takes this damage, that creature takes mundane damage equal to half your result (round down).

  • Windup: You wield an axe, greataxe, maul, warhammer, or war pick to make a melee attack. Alternatively, you throw one of these weapons to make a ranged attack. In either case, you have advantage on the Fighting test.

You can perform Haft-Handed Attack twice. You regain expended performances when you finish a short or long rest. Alternatively, you can spend 1 spirit point to perform the feat again.

An object's hit point maximum (see Attacking Objects) is up to the GM, but a nonmagical basic weapon ought to have no more than 5 hit points and a nonmagical great weapon ought to have no more than 10 hit points.
