Royal Injunctive of the 14th Declension Quanta

Cast (Action): You use one of the following powers:

  • Counterspell (Concentration, Up to 1 Minute): You censure a creature you can see within 12 squares of you. When the censured target casts a spell, it must first make a Hard (4+) Intellect test.* If the target fails, its spell has no effect. If the target succeeds, your Counterspell ends.

You can spend 1 spirit point to heighten *the spell when you cast it, imposing disadvantage on this test.

  • Freedom (Instantaneous): You touch a creature and end one of the following conditions on it: charmedfrightenedpetrifiedpossessed.

Once you have used Freedom, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again. Alternatively, you can spend 1 spirit point to use it again.

  • Smite (Instantaneous): You make a melee or ranged attack. If you succeed, the target suffers the attack's usual effects, and it also takes D6 radiant damage. This radiant damage increases to D8 if the target is a Monstrosity, Outsider, or Undead (see Creature Types).

Once you have used Smite, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again. Alternatively, you can spend 1 spirit point to use the power again.

We couldn't think of a reasonable name for this spell, so we gave it an unreasonable name instead.
