Weave Shadows

Cast (Action): You use one of the following powers:

  • Darkvision (Persistent, Up to 8 Hours): You touch a creature and grant it darkvision to a radius of 12 squares. If the target already has darkvision, the radius of its darkvision increases by 12 squares.

  • Phantoms (Special): You invent a simple umbrakinetic effect and use it on a target you can see within 12 squares of you (animate a silhouette, decrease the brightness of a lit torch, and so on). The GM determines the limitations of the effect, including its duration (instantaneous, persistent, or concentration).

  • Shadow Step (Instantaneous): You use the Dash action. Until the current turn ends, when you are in dim light or darkness, you can teleport to an unoccupied space you can see that is also in dim light or darkness. Each use of this teleportation costs you an amount of movement equal to the distance traveled, and you can't use it at all if your movement speed is 0.
